About the Job:
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Director to help us build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices. This person will be responsible for removing friction across the go-to-market tech stack, owning the data and reporting infrastructure, and aligning revenue teams (marketing, sales, CX, and even procurement) under a unified strategy to drive growth.
What You Will Do
Strategic & Analytical Ownership:
- Own the Lead-to-Revenue funnel with a relentless focus on data integrity, KPI accuracy, and forecasting (leads, sales, churn)
- Investigate and address process gaps through data-driven insights and root cause analysis.
Tech Stack & Systems Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize our marketing, sales, and CX tech stack (with a focus on HubSpot)
- Recommend and implement scalable tech solutions that reduce friction and increase alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with marketing on lead handoff and nurturing
- Ensure the sales team has access to the right collateral and enablement tools.
- Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, CX, and Procurement
Process Design & Enablement:
- Design, document, and maintain scalable processes for campaign and lead management.
- Champion data hygiene and system integrations to ensure accuracy and automation.
What You Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Administration experience with best-in-class CRM and related tools in the Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience tech stack for SaaS companies, with a desire to learn how to become an expert.
- Understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts and how they work in practice (e.g., solution selling)
- The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes.
- Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
- Experience working with BI/Analytics tools.
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player, and strong attention to detail
