About the Job
The Payroll Service Leader plays a key role in the Inn-Flow organization by leading a high-performance team to ensure Inn-Flow customers receive accurate and timely compensation. The Payroll Manager is involved in all phases of the payroll process, including Onboarding, Account Implementation, Payroll Processing, Compliance, and Customer Support for multi-site enterprises operating in multiple states and localities. Additionally, the Payroll leader will develop strategies for Expanding the service offer, optimizing workflows, and driving profitable growth. What You Will Do
- Provide leadership to all payroll department staff, domestic and international.
- Certify payroll setup, changes, and processing. Perform all Payroll application related services, including new client set-up, process payroll, add new hires, changes to employee and employer settings
- Execute Federal and State Tax fillings accurately and timely (Periodic payments, monthly, quarterly and annual filings, and annual W2 Administration.
- Collaborate with sales to drive business growth, monitor pipeline,e and ensure adequately trained staff is available to rapidly onboard and delight customers.
- Client Set-up. Partner with Onboarding Specialists to configure new account, provision employees, and populate historical compensation data to achieve First Pay Date.
- Payroll Implementation. Schedule workloads across all Payroll Specialists and certify completion of all tasks required in the Payroll implementation process, including tax payment processing.
- Customer Support. Provide responses for all issues related to payroll.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and ensure development and adherence to Inn-Flow’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Develop and execute audits to certify the accuracy of Payroll System data, engaging customers to proactively address anomalies.
- Monitor customer requests to identify new Payroll-related service opportunities.
What You Need
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and possess a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
