About the Job:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Inn-Flow. This role is responsible for developing compelling positioning and messaging for our hospitality technology platform, driving go-to-market strategies, and equipping sales with the tools needed to succeed. The ideal candidate will be a strategic storyteller with a passion for the hospitality industry and B2B SaaS.
What You Will Do
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for Inn-Flow’s platform and tools.
- Translate technical features into business value tailored for operators, finance leaders, and executives.
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools, including decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and battlecards.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing.
- Conduct competitive and market research to refine positioning and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and vendors to create thought leadership, campaigns, and product-focused content.
What You Need
- 4–6 years of experience in product marketing (preferred), product management, or B2B SaaS marketing (hospitality tech a plus).
- Proven success in building product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies that drive results.
- An understanding of the full marketing funnel and channels, including content marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and enable sales teams.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales organizations.
- Analytical and research-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.
