About the Job
Join Inn-Flow as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for driving significant business growth through strategic product development and management of our Business Intelligence product. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle, market trends, and user-centered design. The Senior Product Manager will have ownership of our Business Intelligence product, lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute product strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring a new Business Intelligence to market.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes.
- Communicate product vision and strategy across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
