Before Inn-Flow

Before Inn-Flow, Renascent’s financial operations lived across multiple systems, none of them integrated, all of them manual. Every part of the accounting workflow fell entirely on Robyn’s small team, leaving GMs with no visibility into their performance until reports were manually prepared and sent. 

One of the most cumbersome processes was weekly payables. Properties physically gathered invoices, packaged them, and mailed them via FedEx every Friday so Robyn could process them.
