Inn-Flow has appointed Jon Coley as its SVP/head of sales. He will lead the company’s sales and go-to-market strategy, connecting more hoteliers with the latest in AI-enabled accounting, labor management and procurement technology designed to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning new business sales, account management and fostering key customer relationships, with a track record of scaling direct and partner-led go-to-market strategies for SaaS companies. Most recently, he served as SVP of sales at GoCanvas, where his responsibilities included developing effective sales strategies and leading partnership expansion efforts. He previously served as SVP, sales and success at Device Magic and held senior sales roles at SAVO Group, KnowledgeTree, Informatica and StrikeIron.

“Jon brings the strategic perspective, goal-oriented discipline and customer-driven focus we need as demand for Inn-Flow’s solutions continues to rapidly grow across the industry,” said John Erhart, founder/CEO, Inn-Flow. “As our platform expands with new AI-enabled features and functionalities, his proven experience will help us reach more hotel operators while preserving the partnership-driven approach that defines how we serve our customers.”

Coley will be responsible for building a scalable sales strategy that supports Inn-Flow’s continued growth while keeping customer needs at the center of the company’s market approach. He will work closely with product and marketing teams to strengthen sales processes, develop new market opportunities and help more hotel organizations gain value from the company’s expanding finance, procurement and labor management platform.

“Inn-Flow has built a powerful technology ecosystem around a clear understanding of how hotels actually operate,” said Coley. “I am excited to join a company with such strong momentum and to help more hotel organizations translate connected finance and operations technology into actionable insights, greater control and more confident decisions as they grow.”
