Earlier this week, Inn-Flow hosted our first webinar of the year, What’s New and What’s Next at Inn-Flow, where we shared the latest product enhancements released over the past few months and offered a preview of what’s ahead. We also highlighted upcoming AI-driven advancements and expanded BI capabilities designed to help teams work more efficiently and make more informed decisions. In addition, our Chief Product Officer, Lee Bridges, shared how we are approaching innovation and product development as we move through 2026 and beyond. 2026: AI On the Mind
Vision for AI: Supporting Your Team, Not Replacing It
Early in the webinar, Lee Bridges shared our vision for product enhancements in 2026 and beyond. In the clip below, he explains how we’re approaching AI with clear goals in mind: helping teams move faster, reducing friction in day-to-day workflows, and making it easier to access and understand data across the business. Most importantly, Lee emphasized that as we build future AI capabilities, our focus will remain on supporting human expertise, not replacing it, while maintaining the accuracy, trust, and control our users depend on.
Coming This Year: AI-Based Invoice Extraction
Maria Piro, Inn-Flow’s Senior Product Manager, shared a closer look at several enhancements our product and engineering teams are actively building. In this clip, she walks through one upcoming update we’re especially excited about: AI-powered invoice extraction. This feature is designed to make invoice entry faster and easier by automatically capturing key invoice details, reducing the need for users to manually enter information line by line. The goal is simple: less time typing in invoice details, and more time spent reviewing, understanding, and acting on the numbers.
BI to Guide Your Decision-Making
Customizable Dashboards to Compare Against Properties
Maria also reminded attendees about Inn-Flow’s Business Intelligence dashboards, which were introduced last year and continue to improve. These dashboards allow users to create visual reports around the metrics that matter most, compare trends across multiple properties, and drill into individual property performance. And for teams that aren’t sure where to start, we’ve now added preconfigured dashboards that provide a helpful starting point.
Daily Flash for Key Hotel Metrics
Inn-Flow’s Daily Flash is a key part of our Business Intelligence capabilities, providing a quick snapshot of the metrics we believe matter most to hotel operators and decision-makers each day. Maria shared how we’re continuing to expand Daily Flash based on direct customer feedback, adding new metrics that offer deeper operational visibility. Recent enhancements include tracking for out-of-order rooms, no-shows, and MPCR (minutes per clean room).
This webinar is the first of many we plan to host in 2026 as we continue expanding transparency around our product roadmap and sharing updates directly with our customers.
