Inn-Flow recently hosted the second installment of its What’s New and What’s Next webinar series, where members of the product, customer success and procurement teams shared a closer look at the latest back-office software enhancements and upcoming innovations across accounting, labor, and procurement.

Hotel Accounting Software Workflow Improvements
One of the first updates covered during the session was the launch of Daily Activity 2.0, Inn-Flow’s redesigned daily activity experience for importing and reviewing hotel night audit data.
For accounting teams, daily activity is one of the most critical workflows in the back office. It’s the process that brings revenue, taxes, statistics, and payments from the PMS into Inn-Flow accounting for review and approval. When that process is fragmented or delayed, it creates downstream issues for reporting, forecasting, and month-end close.
The new experience introduces:
- Faster load times
- Cleaner interface design
- Improved charge and rate code mapping
- Visibility into missing reports
- In-app messaging directly inside the workflow
Instead of navigating across multiple pages to resolve mapping issues, teams can now identify and map new codes directly within the same screen, significantly reducing the number of steps required to complete approvals.
Reimbursements 2.0 Simplifies Inter-Entity Accounting
Another major highlight from the webinar was the introduction of the upcoming Reimbursements 2.0, a redesigned experience for managing inter-entity reimbursements across hotel portfolios.
Historically, reimbursements between hotels or management entities required repetitive manual work. Shared invoices often had to be entered multiple times, tracked separately, and manually reconciled.
The updated workflow changes that entirely.
With Reimbursements 2.0:
- Invoices can now be entered once and split automatically across entities
- Teams gain centralized visibility into reimbursement status and balances
- Transactions become easier to trace and audit
- Reimbursement workflows become significantly more streamlined
During the webinar, the team demonstrated how a shared utility invoice could now be allocated across multiple hotels within a single transaction instead of duplicating entries manually.
The result is fewer errors, less duplicate work, and faster reconciliation across hotel groups.
Labor Management Updates for Hotel Operations
Inn-Flow’s CPO, Lee Bridges, also shared several major enhancements to our labor management platform, particularly around overtime calculations, compliance automation, and housekeeping pay structures.
One of the biggest additions is the new Labor Calculation Engine, designed to automatically handle complex overtime rules across federal and state regulations.
The updates include:
- Automated blended overtime calculations for employees working multiple pay rates
- Support for California and Colorado overtime requirements
- Multi-property overtime calculations when properties share an FEIN
- Expanded labor compliance automation inside the platform
Lee also introduced new support for Pay-Per-Room (PPR) housekeeping structures, allowing hotels to tie housekeeping wages directly to occupancy and room types while still maintaining compliant overtime calculations.
These changes are designed to reduce spreadsheet dependency and simplify one of the most operationally complex areas of hotel management.
Hotel Procurement Software Enhancements
The webinar also included one of the company’s biggest announcements to date: the introduction of Inn-Flow Procurement, following Inn-Flow’s acquisition of Lilo.
The new procurement platform expands Inn-Flow’s ecosystem by bringing procurement, accounting, labor, payroll, and operations closer together into a unified back-office experience.
During the session, Inn-Flow’s Head of Strategic Partnerships, Javier Araya highlighted several core capabilities of the platform, including:
One Centralized Vendor System
Inn-Flow Procurement allows hotels to access suppliers from a single interface with real-time pricing and inventory availability pulled directly via API.
AI-Powered Price Optimization
The platform’s AI optimizer compares products across vendors automatically and surfaces better pricing alternatives before an order is placed.
Live Budget Visibility
Users can see the impact of purchases against budgets in real time before completing an order, helping teams avoid month-end surprises.
AI Blacklisting & Procurement Controls
The webinar also showcased AI-powered procurement guardrails that can automatically flag restricted vendors or products and route purchases through approval workflows.
The long-term goal is deeper integration between procurement and accounting so that purchase orders, invoices, budgets, vendor information, and GL coding flow automatically between systems.
Looking Ahead
As the webinar wrapped up, the Inn-Flow team emphasized that these updates are part of a broader effort to build a more connected hospitality back-office platform. From accounting workflows and reimbursement automation to labor compliance and procurement intelligence, the focus remains the same:
Reducing manual work while giving hotel teams clearer operational visibility.
